RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support product due diligence and product risk ratings’ reviews and approvals
• Conduct ongoing product monitoring and reviews
• Maintain and ensure completeness of product review documentations and records
• Develop, maintain and support product due diligence related policies and procedures
• Handle product management data preparation and report presentations
• Produce MIS reports
• Support investment and product performance monitoring
• Manage product set-up and maintenance processes
• Participate in projects and system enhancement testing as assigned by Management
• Provide full and transparent support for all internal / external audits and regulatory inspections as required
• Ensure the work fully complies with all regulatory requirements, internal guidelines, policies and procedures including supporting post-transaction reporting
REQUIREMENTS
• Degree in Business, Accounting and Finance or related disciplines
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in managing investment products in a private bank.
• Have end to end knowledge of product cycles and understanding of risk management concepts
• Proactive, collaborative and strong communication skills
• Good spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
