Must have a minimum of 8 years' experience in uber-end residential, hospitality, mixed use, commercial and retail developments in global markets including Dubai, Hong Kong, New York, Saudi, etc.
His/her experience must include a wide range of complex projects at different stages. His/Her experience should include working directly with the client, contractor, and multi-disciplinary design teams, design development of CONCEPT drawings and DETAILING of such drawings.
The role of "Senior Project Architect" is focused on developing visionary architecture and urban planning concepts for the most demanding stakeholders often associated with complex briefs and ambitious goals.
Of architects from Concept to inception. Must represent the company and attend client meetings and coordinate with other disciplines for the successful evolution of the project design. Must be able to lead others and offer creative solutions to enhance the design brief.
Experience in internationally renowned firms is a must.
