We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced analytical Senior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences. As a Senior UI/UX Designer at CCDS, you will play a crucial role in creating intuitive and visually captivating user interfaces for our web and mobile applications. Your expertise in user research, interaction design, and visual design will be essential in delivering exceptional user experiences that meet our clients' needs and align with the company's objectives. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure the successful execution of design concepts and deliverables. Your attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills, and ability to empathize with end-users will contribute to the continued success of our UI/UX design efforts. Responsibilities • Lead the design of new features and updates from concept to release • Design intuitive and user-centric solutions for web and mobile applications • Gather and analyze user requirements through user research and feedback • Translate user needs and business objectives into intuitive and visually appealing designs • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts and interactions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and feasibility • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback • Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies • Advocate for user-centered design principles and promote a user-centric mindset within the organization • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless implementation of design • Utilize data collected from research, user testing, and market analysis to create truly user-centric designs • Mentor junior designers and lead by example in all areas of user experience design • Bachelor's degree in Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction or related field • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design • A strong portfolio showcasing UX problem solving and high-quality UI design • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent • Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision, Marvel App, or similar • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment • Experience working with Agile development methodologies is a plus • Knowledge of front-end development technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus • A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred • Both Arabic & English Speaker is must
