A well known client is looking for a Senior Contracts Manager to support Commercial Project Director on several railway projects throughout Qatar.
EDUCATION
Bachelors ideally in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Engineering or similar. Professional memberships such as RICS etc.
EXPERIENCE
12+ years of experience in managing commercial aspects of large, complex infrastructure projects, preferably railways with particular including Metro Railway Systems and Rolling Stock. Experience of managing complex contracts and relationship management supply chain and internal clients.
PROFESSIONAL TRAINING
BSc Quantity Surveying or similar (minimum requirement).
Additional legal qualification e.g. LLM /Diploma of Law (desirable)
Profession memberships MRICS, MCIArb (desirable)

• Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
• Highly numerate with highly developed analytical skills using qualitative and quantitative data
• Strong commercial and business acumen
• Risk Management.
• Ability to manage varying tasks and pressured deadlines required for project delivery
• Excellent organisation skills

• Effective time management, priority setting and planning skills
