Job Summary
We are seeking a Process Automation Network CybersecurityEngineer to join Juaymah NGL Fractionation Department within ourAutomation and Control Engineering Team. Automation and ControlEngineering Team is a multidisciplinary organization with interfaceto technical business administration and support requirements forour plant OT network. Your primary role will be to handle plantcybersecurity engineering aspects. This will include providingtechnical support for establishing and maintaining cybersecuritycompliance and risk program. You will also be responsible forproviding to provide SME guidance and support for any cybersecuritycontrols risk remediation compliance issues and cybersecuritytechnology deployments.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical guidance support trainingand expertise for OT (Operational Technology) cybersecuritycompliance controls and risks.
- Conduct variouscybersecurity compliance assessments risk assessments businessimpact analyses and other cybersecurity reviews.
- Analyze technical controls to ensure that specificsecurity and compliance requirements are met by verifyingdocumented processes procedures and standards to validate themaintenance of secure configurations.
- Act as asubject matter expert for information security principles andpractices fostering a culture of security throughout theorganization.
- Offer support for threatintelligence and vulnerability management programs across theorganization.
- Conduct risk assessments toidentify cybersecurity risks and provide recommendations for riskmitigation.
- Support the incident response andreporting program by providing expert guidance in collaborationwith corporate teams.
- Assist in thedevelopment of security policies and procedures for varioussecurity domains.
- Collaborate closely withcorporate experts to enhance the cybersecurity maturity of plantsas per defined models.
- Provide subject matterexpert (SME) support for critical cybersecurityrelated projects toensure implementation in accordance with applicablestandards.
- Develop and manage key performancemetrics to track and ensure compliance with established policiesand standards.
- Participate in the developmentof security awareness programs for all relevant supportteams.
Requirements:
- This role required candidate topermanently relocate at Dhahran SaudiArabia.
- Hold a Bachelors degreein Computer Engineering Network Engineering Computer ScienceInformation Security MIS or an equivalent field.
- Possess a minimum of 12 years of experience in OT(Operational Technology) cybersecurity with a focus oncybersecurity compliance controls implementation and riskmanagement. Experience in the Oil and Gas industry ispreferred.
- Hold at least one industrycertification (e.g. CISA CISM CRISC CISSP ISAAP) which is highlydesired.
- Demonstrate strong analytical andtroubleshooting skills in the field of cybersecurity.
- Have experience in securing Windows and Linux OperatingSystems.
- Understand and have experience withnetwork security tools and controls including Network Switches andRouters Firewalls Intrusion Detection Systems Data Diodes SecurityMonitoring Network Vulnerability Assessment and ThreatIntelligence.
- Be familiar with implementingcybersecurity international standards such as ISO 27001/27005 NISTIEC 62443 ISA etc.
- Have experience in LAN/WANarchitectures and related diagnostic tools.
- Possess experience and knowledge in designing andoptimizing complex LAN environments including LAN/WAN and wirelessnetworking principles and protocols (Ethernet TCP/IP VLAN WLANFrame Relay Firewall DMZ VPN IDS switches routers firewalls TCP/IPprotocols SMTP SNMP FTP HTTP SSH SSL).
- Beexperienced in Network Security including Firewall ACL IDS IPSSIEM.
- Have specific experience with RoutersSwitches or Firewalls.
- PossessMicrosoftrelated expertise in Active Directory DNS WSUS TerminalServer and experience with antivirus systems backup & restoresolutions and system management.
