As the hands-on Test Lead you will be managing the testing efforts across multiple projects. Reporting into the Test Manager, on a daily basis you will be leading a small team of offshore resources as well as performing some of the testing yourself.
This is a hands-on Test Lead role where you will be spending approximately half of your time doing the testing across the projects.
The projects will be ran using a Waterfall approach, knowledge and experience of testing using the waterfall approach will be mandatory.
As the Test Lead you will also be working closely with the Portfolio and program managers as well as other senior executives therefore your presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills should be a strength.
You will be required to perform daily triage meeting and report on test status.
The Testing required will mainly be manual and heavy on the UAT side. Skills and prior experience as a UAT Tester / Lead would be beneficial.
Whilst Automation and API testing aren't mandatory they would be a nice to have for future projects.
