A growing digital start-up, specialising in producing consumer goods for sustainable energy, is seeking a Core Java Developer to join its team of 40 software developers. This company has a total of 50 employees and are rapidly scaling, with anticipated plans to double their headcount this year! In 2023, the company turnaround was £100million.
In this opportunity, you will be working on fully greenfield projects, building frameworks and databases from scratch using the latest technologies such as:
• Core Java - multithreading, low-latency, concurrency
• Java 17 (upgrading to Java 19 too!)
• Microservices
• AWS
• Kubernetes
The company is tech-driven and focused on tech-for-good, with no technology debt. They build everything from scratch and do not rely on any Java frameworks.
