Responsibilities:
Provide maintenance support for customers' Enterprise IT Network Services
Work closely with Project Manager / Service Delivery Manager to fulfil project deliverables and operational request
Preferably with hands on Preventive Maintenance experience in the following areas:
Develop and enhancement of Preventive Maintenance Equipment checklists for Enterprise Network, Server, Security, Storage and UPS System
Perform Functional and Comprehensive Preventive Maintenance Health check for customers' equipment
Perform basic equipment break-fix during preventive maintence windows
Develop test cases and conduct proof of concept tests on new firmware and hardware prior to upgrade/deployment
Prepare and submit documentation for preventive maintenance tasks performed
Preferably with good knowledge in any of the following areas:
Enterprise Network products/solution: Cisco/Alcatel Switches/routers, WLC
Network Security products/Solutions: Fortinet, Checkpoints and Cisco. Trendmicro (Tipping Points)
Enterprise Server/Storage/UPS products /Solutions: IBM, HP, Dell, EMC, Sun Fire, Hitachi, Brocade, Lenovo, Cisco UCS, APC, Eaton, NetApp, Fujitsu
Network Appliances based: Microsemi NTP Server, F5 LTM/AFM
Familiar with operating systems such as Windows and UNIX systems
Able to work flexible hours especially during after-office hour scheduled maintenance windows
Perform 24 x 7 standby duties, if required
Requirements:
Preferably with any of the Cisco, Alcatel, Network Security, F5,Microsoft, VMware, Hyper-V, HP, IBM, EMC and Netapp Certifications
Experience with Enterprise Network, Server and Security Networking ICT environment
Fast-paced environment
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Good communication and writing skills
