Job summary
Develop and implement a comprehensive Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) plan for the Green Riyadh Project.
Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to integrate quality requirements into project objectives.
Conduct regular inspections of civil works, landscape elements, and infrastructure components to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Responsibilities
• Oversee material testing and inspection processes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all QA/QC activities, including inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance reports.
• Ensure that documentation is organized and readily accessible for audits and reviews.
• Conduct internal audits to assess adherence to established quality processes and procedures.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Verify compliance with contractual requirements, local regulations, and international standards related to civil engineering and landscape works.
• Collaborate with regulatory authorities to ensure project compliance.
• Identify and document non-conformance issues, collaborating with project teams to develop corrective action plans.
• Monitor the implementation of corrective actions to address identified issues.
• Provide training to project teams and contractors on QA/QC processes and procedures.
• Foster a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement throughout the project.
• Evaluate the quality management systems of suppliers and contractors.
• Collaborate with procurement and contracts teams to ensure that suppliers and contractors meet quality standards.
• Work closely with the risk management team to identify potential quality risks.
• Develop and implement strategies to mitigate quality-related risks
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report on project quality.
• Prepare regular quality performance reports for project management.
• Collaborate with the Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) team to ensure that QA/QC processes align with safety and environmental standards.
• Verify that project activities comply with relevant regulations.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a QA/QC Engineer in large-scale civil engineering and landscape projects.
• Certification in Quality Management is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, construction materials, and testing procedures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian construction regulations.
