1. Ensure compliance with ITIL standards in incident, problem, and change management processes.
2. Mac Support: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Mac OS, applications, and hardware. Provide guidance and support to corporate users for Mac systems.
3. Basic Networking: Address basic networking issues including connectivity, configurations, and minor setup tasks for Mac users.
