Your Responsibilities :
• P r ovide overall administrative and technical support in hardware, software and network equipment
• Supervise all technical works including installation, testing and troubleshooting
• D esign the cloud-based solutions and cloud architecture, as well as performing the technical planning, architecture development and preparation of specifications of our projects
• D evelop project delivery strategies/solutions to meet with the strategic directions and development needs of the Company
• Co llaborate effectively with the project and product teams to launch new products/services/applications
• Co ntribute to the continual enhancement of support procedures, capacity planning and incident management.
Requirements :
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline
• 8 years of IT infrastructure experience with substantial supervisory experience in data centre operation as well as project and incident management and public cloud management
• Professional certificate(s) from AWS or Azure (preferred but not necessary)
• U nderstanding and knowledge of artificial intelligence or machine learning related programming languages, web frameworks, networking infrastructure and database architecture ( e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, Python, Django and GraphQL etc.)
• Familiar with at least ONE of the following techniques or services:
• AWS: S2/Redshift, Elastic Container, SNS, SageMaker, GraphQL , API gateway
• Azure: Compute, Storage, SaaS and PaaS services (Web Apps, Cognitive Services, App Services, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus)
• Service development: RESTful services, Microservices, ASP.Net Core, API Management
• Proficient knowledge in operating systems including Linux, Mac and Windows
