Job Responsibilities:
Custom CRM Development:
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of our Custom CRM system tailored to the unique needs of 800CarGuru.
Integration and Scalability:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM with existing systems and ensure scalability to support our growing business.
Code Optimization:
Ensure the performance, security, and efficiency of the CRM through code optimization and adherence to best practices.
Database Management:
Design and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity and efficient query performance.
System Enhancements:
Identify opportunities for system enhancements, feature additions, and technological advancements.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Troubleshooting and Support:
Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure seamless CRM functionality.
Experience:
Proven experience as a PHP Developer with a minimum of 7 Years in web development.
Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining CRM systems.
Skills:
Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies.
Experience with MVC frameworks (e.g., Laravel) is essential.
Database Knowledge:
Solid understanding of database design and management, particularly with MySQL.
Integration Experience:
Experience integrating CRM systems with third-party tools and APIs.
Leadership:
Proven ability to lead and mentor a development team.
