Overview:
The Role
The Senior Specialist isthe central hub for project management governance and processimprovement at Core42 facilitating the successful delivery ofclient projects on time within scope within budget and in alignmentwith the companys strategic objectives. You will be responsible foroverseeing the planning execution and monitoring of client projectscollaborating with crossfunctional teams driving continuousimprovement in project delivery processes and otherwise ensuringthe successful execution of our client projects andinitiatives.

Responsibilities:
Your keyresponsibilities:
Leadthe development and execution of project plans ensuring clearobjectives timelines and resource allocation. Collaborate with project managers and teams to monitorprogress identify potential risks and take proactive measures tomitigate issues. Build solid relationshipswith internal and external stakeholders ensuring effectivecommunication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Provide regular project updates tostakeholders including project status milestones and any changes inscope or timeline. Implement and adhere toproject governance frameworks ensuring adherence to establishedprocesses methodologies and quality standards. Assist in project reviews risk assessments and lessonslearned exercises to drive continuous improvement. Work with project teams to identify resource needs skillrequirements and capacity planning. Facilitate resource allocation ensuring the right peopleare assigned to the right projects at the right time. Establish performance metrics and KPIs for projectdelivery and create comprehensive reports to track project progressidentify trends and provide insights to seniormanagement. Continuously assess and refineproject management processes to increase efficiency productivityand overall project success rates. Championbest practices and industry standards to improve project managementcapabilities. Identify evaluate and manageproject risks proposing risk mitigation strategies and contingencyplans fostering a riskaware culture within theorganization. Conduct training programs andworkshops to enhance project management skills and knowledge acrossthe organization sharing project management best practices andlessons learned from previous projects. Qualifications:
Skills and attributes forsuccess:
Bachelors degreein Computer Science Information Technology Business Administrationor a related field. Relevant certificationsin project management.
Toqualify for the role you must have:
At least 5 years of experience in project managementwith a focus on IT projects and digital transformationinitiatives. Previous experience working in aPDMO or similar project management function. Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects with diversestakeholders and teams. Proven expertise inproject management methodologies and tools. Solid understanding of AIdriven technologies digitaltransformation solutions cloud computing and cyber securityconcepts.
Ideally youllalso have:
Excellentcommunication negotiation and presentation skills. Ability to effectively interact with diversestakeholders and influence decisionmaking. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify and solvecomplex problems make datadriven decisions and provide innovativesolutions. Effective leadership skills withthe ability to motivate and inspire crossfunctional teams. Abilityto thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and handle changingpriorities with resilience and composure. Acommitment to quality process excellence and continuousimprovement.
