Our client is a fast-growing funded start-up that is using world-leading AI research to build automatic sign language translation, with a focus on photo-realistic video generation and Neural Machine Translation. The AI video solution is currently shown in transport hubs across the UK and USA, and on multiple client websites. They have recently launched a new Video Translation product that enables clients training and e-learning videos to be accessible to the Deaf community, following a SaaS platform approach.
They are recruiting their first Product Manager who will head up the new Video Translation product, with the opportunity of establishing the foundation of the Product function and growing it.

Technical Requirements
● 3+ years’ experience of Product Management with practical
examples
● Software as a Service (SaaS) background and comfortable working
with subscriptions-based products.
● Strong opinions on how products should be built through practical
experience
● Knowledge of running a product development from idea to curation
and delivery
● Experience of running client interviews and creating Product

Example Responsibilities
Be the first Product Manager and own the Product-Led Growth motion. You will do this by:
● Owning the Video Translation product through client discovery,
technical strategy and delivery pipelines
● Writing accurate and simple documentation to support client
integration
● Running a squad of Engineers and Designers alongside an
Engineering Manager
● High-level discussions with the CTO around technical strategy and
priorities

This is a full-time position, with normal virtual office hours of
9am to 6pm, although flexibility is offered to suit reasonable personal
