Responsibilities:
• Digital Transformation Leadership:
• Spearhead digital transformation initiatives, establishing and leading functions for data management and IT strategy.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance e-services, applications, and automation processes.
• Project Management Expertise:
• Define and oversee project objectives, timelines, and milestones, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Utilize a structured project management approach to facilitate successful project execution.
• Client Collaboration and Communication:
• Directly engage with executives and the CEO to optimize development efficiencies and address technology challenges.
• Analyze departmental functionality requirements, aligning technology priorities with business needs.
• Multi-Tasking and Resource Management:
• Efficiently manage concurrent projects involving ERP, CRM, website, portals, and mobile applications.
• Supervise programmers, designers, and technicians, ensuring tasks are completed within established targets.
• Solution Delivery and Service Transition:
• Oversee transition planning, release management, change management, and asset management functions.
• Assist in implementing large-scale IT projects, including Mada Payments, SADAD, and TMS systems.
Qualifications:
• Experience: 10+ years in IT leadership with a focus on application development, enterprise solutions, and digital services.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, websites, mobile apps, AI chatbots, and RPAs.
• Education: Master's degree in Computer Science in Information Systems.
• Certifications: Certified Innovation Leader (CIL), ITIL 4 Strategist, Certified Scrum Master, COBIT Foundation, and others.
• Language: Fluent in both Arabic (native) and English
