Delivering superior coverage, craftsmanship, and customer experience has always been at the core, and will continue to be as they modernize what insurance does and how they deliver it, all while protecting what their customers value most.
Major initiatives are underway here to build on their strengths and expand their reach in the digital insurance space. This means data-enriched processes and realtime insights embedded across value chain, design thinking and an engineers of everything mentality, and a world-class customer experience that sets them apart.
They are also reimagining ways of working to be more adaptable and flexible through agile principles and investing in skillset development and tools for a digital age.
The business has a global presence across EMEA and APAC, and the Aus region is currently undergoing a large digital transformation and this is the opportunity to have a huge impact on it.
The role
They are looking to bring on 3 core hires;end-to-end UX / Product Designers who are able to take ownership across design functionality from research through to delivery.
You will be working on
Understanding user needs, defining objectives, ideation, information architecture, UI design, interaction design, prototyping, usability testing, collaboration with development, quality assurance, documentation, continuous learning, and feedback-driven iteration.
This is a very much hands on holistic role that spans the entire product development process, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly end product.
Key points
• Solid UX capability and someone who wants to remain very much hands on in the design process.
• Enterprise experience to accompany Startup / Scaleup experience, and be able to really 'tell the story' of what problems you've worked on and what solutions you developed.
• These are key roles in the business, and we're looking for someone who wants to stick around long term.
• Will be conducting user research, creating user journeys, wireframes, interviews etc.
