LaSalle Network is currently partnering with a medical manufacturing company based in Lewisville, TX that is seeking a Windows Server Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in software development and cloud technologies, with a strong understanding of DevOps principles and methodologies. Familiarity with MuleSoft is a bonus. This is a hybrid role, and requires the individual to be on-site in Lewisville, TX.
Windows Server Engineer Responsibilities:
• Design, implement and manage end-to-end DevOps processes and practices in an Azure cloud environment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure smooth integration between development, testing and deployment phases
• Create and manage Azure DevOps pipelines for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) using industry best practices
• Develop, maintain and troubleshoot build automation and orchestration processes
• Monitor and manage the Azure DevOps infrastructure, ensuring system availability, performance, capacity and security
• Proactively identify and resolve issues related to source control, release management and build systems
• Assist in defining infrastructure and application architecture required for continuous integration and delivery
• Research and evaluate new DevOps tools and technologies to enhance and streamline the development and deployment processes
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Windows Server Engineer Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• Strong experience as a DevOps Engineer, working specifically with Azure DevOps and GearSet
• Proficient in developing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Extensive knowledge of cloud technologies and tools, with a focus on Azure cloud services
• Solid understanding of DevOps principles and methodologies
• Familiarity with MuleSoft is a bonus
• Strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python, etc.)
• Experience with version control systems such as Git
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
