Qualifications for Plumber Mechanic
• Must have a minimum of 5-8 years of experience
• In-depth knowledge and experience in jobbing & alteration
• DOB Full Gas Work Qualification Card
• FDNY G-60 Torch Use Certificate
• FDNY S-13 Certificate
Qualifications for Jr. Mechanic
• Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience
• Knowledge and experience in jobbing & alteration
• FDNY F-60 Fire Guard for Torch Use Certificate
Both:
• Clean U.S. driver's license required
• OSHA 30 Certificate
• FDNY S-12 Certificate
• Knowledge of operating basic plumbing tools
• Skilled in handling plumbing work in commercial & residential buildings
• Knowledge of and ability to follow systems, codes, regulations, & industry best practices
• Maintain order of plumbing materials
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $18.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
