Job Overview:
As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the client's IT systems. You will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving IT issues, and maintaining the overall health and security of their systems. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and career development within our company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, or in-person
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for clients
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software for clients
• Monitor and maintain the security and performance of clients' IT systems
• Identify and recommend solutions to improve clients' IT infrastructure and processes
• Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
• Create and maintain documentation of IT systems and processes
• Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service and support
Requirements:
• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in IT support or related role
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
• Excellent problem-solving
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Good communication skills in Cantonese and English
