Responsibilities
The Chief Technologist/Chief Engineer will be responsible for leading the AI/Machine Learning/Deep Learning initiatives, developing technical strategies, managing end-to-end technical operations, collaborating with stakeholders to design, code, test and deploy custom and off-the-shelf machine learning models and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML/DL technologies and trends.
• Design, development, training and evaluation of machine learning/deep learning models for Internet of Vehicles related systems
• Implement the iteration and optimization of mass production-level models
• Build a data-based closed-loop model training and iteration environment
Qualifications
• Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Applied Mathematics or related fields
• 6+ years of relevant industry experience in one of the following fields, such as Internet of Vehicles, automotive, multi-modal fusion sensing technology, data science, computer vision, etc.;
• Strong proficiency in AI/ML/DL techniques and tools, such as TensorFlow, Keras, Scikit-Learn, and Neural Networks
• Strong skills in software engineering practices and principles, such as coding, testing, and deploying
• Experience with Big Data and NoSQL solutions, such as Hadoop, Spark or Cassandra
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with demonstrated experience in engaging with cross-functional stakeholders, customers and partners to drive the adoption of AI/ML/DL technologies
• Track record of delivering AI/ML/DL solutions, and hands-on experience creating machine learning models and frameworks
• Applicants with academic or breakthrough achievements or AI projects in the field of mass production of Internet of Vehicles or Smart Mobility will be given priority
