As a Salesforce Architect, you will own system integrity and innovative solutions. You will collaborate closely with our business partners, product and engineering teams, serving as a trusted advisor and a guiding mentor. Your expertise in the Salesforce platform and cloud integration will enable you to play a pivotal role in shaping critical business outcomes through system design and innovative solutions.
What You Will Do:
• Responsible for technical architecture, detailed design, and development of the Salesforce platform, both hands-on and as an SME
• Responsible for application design and development from inception to production
• Define and drive technological architecture and roadmaps using the Salesforce products and best practices for development agility, performance and security
• Design, configure, code and architect large scale Salesforce solutions and deliver required outcomes in complex settings
• Work closely with the internal and external teams to understand current needs, identify the desired process models and solution architecture
• Coach and mentor junior developers and other team members. Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability and security
• Lead, facilitate and provide technical expertise and advice for the integration of the digital solutions
• Assist change initiatives in planning for technical architecture-related activities
What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor's degree required; master’s degree is a plus
• 5+ years as a hands-on salesforce technical architect (sales and service clouds) in a lead role making decisions at the enterprise level for salesforce, data & integration architecture.
• 7+ years' experience as a salesforce technical lead & developer
• 5+ years' experience defining enterprise integration, micro services strategy to integrate salesforce with Cloud Systems, AWS preferred
• Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer, Salesforce Certified Data Architect, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
