JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Lead Release & Build Specialist, you will lead a team of Release & Build Specialists to establish game version continuous integration and provide efficient production solutions to help optimize game development and delivery for project teams, ensuring high-quality games. You will collaborate closely with programmers, designers, and testers from diverse cultural backgrounds worldwide, supporting the precise stages of project development, production, release, user feedback, and implementation improvements for renowned game brands like Ubisoft AAA.

• Ensure the consistency, reliability, and compliance of version build services with project expectations by establishing and implementing strict quality standards, processes, and methods to meet project requirements and continuously improve quality.
• Lead the team in the feasibility analysis, design, development, and maintenance of version build processes, providing related documentation, workflows, and ensuring the quality of build process services (including implementation, high-performance, stability, and availability). < li> Continuously optimize solutions based on project needs and feedback, prioritizing and planning issue resolution.
• Maintain timely communication with superiors and projects to ensure timely delivery.
Job Introduction
As a version build manager, you will lead a team of version build engineers to build continuous integration of game versions, provide efficient production solutions, and help the project team in Optimize game development and delivery during the development process, resulting in high-quality games. you Work closely with programmers, designers and testers from different races and cultures around the world to develop games for Ubisoft AAA brands and other games, from project production environment construction, production, release, user feedback to implementation of improvements, ensuring every precise link convoy.
Job Responsibilities
• Responsible for leading a team of version build engineers to develop and maintain relevant version build processes and tool chains according to project needs to improve work efficiency .

• By formulating and implementing strict quality standards, processes and methods, ensure the consistency, reliability and compliance of version build services with project expectations to meet project needs and continuously improve quality.
• Responsible for leading the team to establish the feasibility analysis, design, development and maintenance of the version build process, and provide relevant documents, workflow, and ensure the quality of the build process service (including implementation, high performance, high stability and availability).
• Proactively optimize solutions based on project needs and feedback, and formulate plans to solve problems according to priority.
• Communicate work progress with superiors and projects in a timely manner to ensure delivery.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum 5 years of experience using source code management tools (such as Perforce/Git/SVN) and proficiency in at least one scripting language (such as Groovy/Python/Kotlin/Shell).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project or team management.
• Proficiency in using continuous integration tools (such as Quick Build, Teamcity, Jenkins, or others) to build version continuous integration processes.
• Technical leadership skills , able to define technical strategies and roadmaps, guide and manage team members' work.
• Excellent problem identification and solving skills. Able to identify potential risks and proactively optimize while proposing solutions.
• Strong teamwork and cross-team collaboration and communication skills, fluent in English in both spoken and written forms.
• Prior experience in game development is preferred.
