ABOUT THE COMPANY
A regulated Swiss FinTech company that seeks to provide a one-stop digital solution for banking services such as money transfers (SWIFT, SEPA, instant international transfer, etc.), a premium debit card program and lot more in the future.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• The Angular Dev will regularly report to the CTO and/or the Chief Executive Officer.
• The Angular Dev will work with other senior managers and will play a key role in the business success.
DUTIES
General duties
• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design scalable and reliable Azure-based solutions.
• Leverage your deep knowledge of Azure to make informed decisions about the technology stack, resource provisioning, and optimisation.
• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and task assignments. Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely project delivery.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with Azure solutions.
• Implement infrastructure automation using tools such as Azure Resource Manager templates, Terraform, or Azure DevOps.
• Ensure that infrastructure deployments and configurations are version controlled and repeatable.
• Implement robust security measures and compliance standards within Azure solutions.
• Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans and follow Azure security best practices.
• Monitor Azure solutions for performance bottlenecks and scalability issues.
• Implement optimisations and perform performance testing to ensure efficient resource utilisation.
• Respond to incidents, troubleshoot issues, and provide support for Azure-based applications. Create and maintain documentation of problem resolution procedures.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices and development methodologies
• Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and encourage continuous improvement.
• Architect and design robust, scalable and maintainable front-end solutions that meet business needs.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate front-end technologies, frameworks and tools to optimise development processes and outcomes.
REQUIREMENTS:
• A minimum of 2+ experience of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Good Knowledge of Angular development
• Proven experience of designing and implementing complex technical solutions in an enterprise environment.
• Degree in Computer Science, information security or a relevant field.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and their integration into front-end applications.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in front-end development through industry publications, conferences and networking events.
• Understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote and agile development team.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Good English level for business communication.
• Previous experience in the Financial sector / Fintech is a big plus
