JASARA PMC is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior QA Engineer to join our team. As a Senior QA Engineer at JASARA PMC, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our projects. You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance processes, conducting thorough testing, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software development processes, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively lead and mentor a team. Responsibilities
• Develop and implement quality assurance processes and methodologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality standards and metrics
• Plan and conduct thorough and comprehensive testing, including functional, performance, and regression testing
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues
• Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Lead and mentor junior QA engineers, providing guidance and support
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in software quality assurance ideally in Middle East.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
