Position Overview:
Instrumental in creating a one-of-a-kind virtual assistant that is intelligent, interactive, and capable of delivering a seamless user experience. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of virtual assistant technology.
Responsibilities:
• Virtual Assistant Development: Lead the development of an advanced virtual assistant that integrates state-of-the-art AI technologies to understand, process, and respond to user input, covering text and voice interactions.
• NLP and ML Expertise: Utilize your deep expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML) to create intelligent and context-aware conversational AI models.
• AI Algorithm Design: Innovate and design cutting-edge AI algorithms and neural network architectures to enhance the capabilities and user-friendliness of the virtual assistant.
• Voice Recognition: Develop voice recognition and synthesis systems to enable natural and fluid voice interactions between users and the virtual assistant.
• Multi-Modal Interfaces: Implement multi-modal interfaces that seamlessly combine text, voice, and visual elements to provide a holistic user experience.
• Continuous Learning: Implement machine learning techniques to enable the virtual assistant to adapt and improve over time based on user interactions and feedback.
• Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the virtual assistant into various products and platforms, ensuring seamless functionality.
• Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous testing and validation processes to guarantee the virtual assistant's accuracy, reliability, and security.
• User-Centric Design: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure that the virtual assistant offers an exceptional and user-centric experience.
• Innovation: Stay updated on AI and virtual assistant research and trends, striving to keep the product at the cutting edge of technology.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in developing AI-powered virtual assistants or conversational AI systems.
• Deep knowledge of NLP, voice recognition, and machine learning techniques, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful AI projects.
• Proficiency in programming languages, AI frameworks, and tools relevant to virtual assistant development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex AI challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
Employment:
• Full-time permanent employment contract
• Base salary band: $155,000 to $195,000
• Quarterly Metric-based Bonus
