• You'll be involved with projects from design through implementation, testing and sign-off. As the technical expert, you are expected to deliver the best solutions to our customers. Collaborating with a cross-functional team, in a fast-moving environment, with our cutting-edge technologies and innovations. We can guarantee you'll never stop learning something new.
As a Security Architect, you will be responsible for:
- Owning all technical delivery aspects of Akamai solutions, including configuration, debugging, testing, and go live support.
- Identifying service enhancements and potential problems, ensuring continuous improvements to the quality of our customer's digital properties.
- Partnering with other functional teams to resolve issues that arise during the implementation of a solution.
- Being a trusted technical consultant for our customers, helping them navigate our product portfolio.

- Have an understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP(s) and basic Web Architecture.
- Have a problem solving mentality.
- Demonstrate experience in a customer-facing role.
- Be familiar with one or more software development principles and multiple environments architecture.
