• 10+ years of creating SharePoint applications with custom forms in InfoPath.

Migration and Consolidation of SharePoint Sites
• 10+ years of experience migrating and consolidating SharePoint sites.
• Knowledge of typical migration/consolidation Method of Procedures.
Architectural Design for Office 365 SharePoint Services
• 10+ years of performing physical and base architecture design for Office 365 SharePoint services.
• 10+ years of integration design for Office 365 SharePoint services and infrastructure components.
Client Handling and Service Satisfaction
• Knowledge of enterprise-level incident/change processes and the importance of customer service.
• 10+ years of maintaining, supporting, troubleshooting incidents or issues related to Office 365 SharePoint services.
• 10+ years of modifying and recommending enhancements for SharePoint services.
• 10+ years of experience with incident, problem, and change processes.
