Job Position: Senior Database Manager

Minimum Qualification
• Must have seven (7) years of experience in the development and maintenance of database systems.
• At least five (5) years of experience with database management systems, system design and analysis, operating systems software, and internal and data manipulation languages.
• MS SQL Certification
• 3+ years of experience with Agile Framework
• A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline or three (3) years of equivalent experience in a related field.
Preferred Qualification:
• A Master's Degree is preferred.
• Knowledge/Experience in HealthCare Database Management is preferred.
• Previous Experience in Federal work setting.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Develops and maintains the Vendor’s databases, maintains data storage and retrieval systems.
• Troubleshoots database issues.
• Implements database recovery procedures and safety protocols.
• Attends all project meetings as required, and contributes knowledge and information to inform the authoring of deliverables (e.g., Project Plan and Schedule, Data Conversion Plan, Interface Control Documents, Data Element Dictionary, etc.).
