Job Summary
The UI/UX Designer is a motivated, creative individual who has a passion for User Experience (UX). You will collaborate closely with our Product and Development Teams. You will utilize your attention to detail, problem-solving abilities and passion for customer experience to contribute to the success of our product set
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with organization, documentation, and communication of functional requirements for potential and ongoing projects
• Create, collaborate on, and lead analysis of sketches, wireframes, mockups and user flow diagrams to communicate requirements, drive decisions, and reach consensus across multiple projects
Review / analysis
• - multiple stakeholders
• Work directly with developers to ensure designs are implemented as effective user experiences
• Responsible and accountable for quality review of design sprint stories
• Conduct user interviews for UI/UX requirements, A/B testing, etc.
• Manage the utilization and implementation of PENDO within the product to meet company needs.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
• 5 years+ with experience working as a UI/UX Designer
• Experience with visual design tools
• A design portfolio that demonstrates solid knowledge of design
principles is a must, UX/UI examples are a plus
• Understanding of how your designs will be universally translated for web/mobile
• Detail oriented, organized and deadline driven
• Curious and passionate about design
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
