Our client is a renowned corporate group headquartered in Hong Kong. It operates in a range of businessess including real estate, hospitality, retail and more. It is now looking for an experienced Technical Lead to join its IT Department and lead exciting digital projects across web and mobile.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures for digital channels across mobile and web
• Manage projects related to web and mobile app applications from end to end, leveraging in-house and vendor resources
• Develop and implement solution roadmaps, ensuring successful introductions across the organization and with end users
• Collaborate with management to develop annual budgets and plannings
• Create solution concepts and business cases for new initiatives and user cases
• Conduct business analysis, prepare recommendations, and develop business plans
• Act as the key liaison across all functional areas, including business units, IT, and vendors
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or a related field
• 8 years’ experience in software engineering and digital projects including 2 years in leadership role
• Proven track record of delivering into web, mobile apps in support of sales, marketing and CRM
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in Chinese (Cantonese) and English
