We are in search of a skilled Product Manager who excels in coordinating both onshore and offshore development teams while understanding business drivers and collaborating with cross-functional peers to deliver product features that perform. The primary focus of this role is to manage project workflows using Agile methodologies and JIRA, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical execution. Key Responsibilities • Team Coordination and Leadership: Oversee and manage the activities of both onshore and offshore development teams, ensuring effective collaboration and synchronization of efforts. • Agile & JIRA Proficiency: Employ Agile methodologies for optimal project management. Utilize JIRA for task allocation, sprint planning, and tracking project progress. • Requirement Gathering and Translation: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Convert these into detailed tasks and user stories in JIRA, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals. • Effective Communication: Serve as the key link between non-technical stakeholders and the development teams, ensuring that requirements are clearly understood and executed. • Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve methodologies and tools to boost team efficiency and product quality. • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain thorough project documentation and provide regular updates to senior management on project status and milestones. Required Skills and Experience • Minimum of 3 years' experience in product management, with experience managing both onshore and offshore teams. • Strong background in Agile practices and proficiency in JIRA. • Demonstrated ability in gathering and translating business requirements into technical specifications. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effective cross-cultural collaboration. • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
