We would like help to develop a specification for the booking system /database required for new services we are developing, and to determine whether our needs can be met with either of the existing systems that we currently use. This will involve discussion with staff - primarily the manager and administrator, users, and potentially trustees. We would like support in scoping alternative systems, as well as potentially discussing further development with the existing system providers. We would like help in planning implementation of a new system, including transfer of data as needed.
