Leads Intuit’s VEP efforts in leveraging generative artificial intelligence to create exceptional user interactions and elevate our digital platforms. VEP is a key differentiator providing a durable competitive advantage for Intuit, and AI is transforming our customer experiences with Intuit Assist having a gateway to humans but also revolutionizing expert experiences as we imagine a “done for me world” for the 45k experts on our platform. This role oversees our AI led digital capabilities to connect customers to experts in our segment driven in product experiences. This role also prioritizes the roadmap of capabilities required to ensure digital search and self help experiences across all Intuit segments. This role also oversees the roadmap for our Digital Assistant for self help that now fuels Intuit Assist on the triton platform. Responsibilities • Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy to enhance digital capabilities especially within our BB2 and Customer Success ecosystem experiences, aligning with company goals and customer expectations. • Identify opportunities for AI integration across various digital capabilities, platforms and touchpoints. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI technologies into digital products and services. • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered features and functionalities across digital platforms. • Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness and impact of AI-driven digital experiences. Regularly analyze data and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to align AI initiatives with broader business goals. • Stay up-to-date with the latest AI trends, technologies, and industry developments, and apply relevant insights to enhance digital experiences
