- Business Development Manager**
• *Role Summary**:
- Partner Acquisition and lead closing
- Menu and Brand Creation, Pricing, and Verification
- Kitchen Relation Management
- Generate leads targeting new Kitchens
- Visit and Finalize Wholesale price and agreement with Kitchens
- On-board and launch new kitchens
- Menu and Brand Creation, Pricing, and Verification
- Aligning with all departments to fulfill all requirements for on-boarding
- Validate and Execute Modifications for New Items, Prices, and Combos, within these kitchens
- Prepare and Execute Brand Optimization Plans (Photos, menu structure, Combos, Pricing, brand description, Promise delivery time, Ratings, Reviews, etc.) for these kitchens
- Verify all Front-End Menus (Structure, Item Names, Pricing, Descriptions)
- Quality Assurance & Kitchen Relation Management
- Visit and verify operations with Kitchen partners and execute the action for improvement
- Assess Non-performing Kitchens and suggest actions for improvement
- Overlook Packaging and suggest actions for improvement
- Food Safety & Hygiene Audit when necessary for Kitchens
