Position Summary
True Solutions is looking for a self-motivated designer to join a small team who builds custom web applications for enterprise and retail clients.
As a UI/UX Designer, you will advocate for end users and shape how our web apps look and operate. Your work will help millions of end users across the U.S. with their technology needs.

Job Responsibilities
· Design intuitive, robust experiences for new and existing web apps
· Create user flows and customer journeys based on meetings with clients
· Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using our design library
· Design digital and print signage and advertisements
· Present user flows, mockups, and prototypes to internal and external teams
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure your designs meet client requirements
Professional Experience
· 3+ years as a UI designer / graphic designer (or 5+ years without formal education)
· Portfolio with 5+ polished UI/UX projects
· Skilled in Photoshop and Illustrator
· Proficient in UI/UX design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
· Experience creating wireframes, user flows, customer journeys, and other UX deliverables
· Experience with modern, responsive HTML/CSS
· Experience writing copy for websites and ads
· Familiarity with React.js concepts and principles.
· Ability to design user interfaces with React in mind, considering component-based architecture and state management
· Understanding of Single Page Application (SPA) concepts and frameworks.
· Ability to design interfaces that align with SPA principles, such as seamless navigation and dynamic content loading

Compensation
· $55k-75k Plus Incentives (depending on experience)
