Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a 5-10 member cross-functional development team.
• Oversee the software development lifecycle, ensuring timely project delivery.
• Mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Translate project requirements into technical specifications.
• Develop solutions using Python, Pyspark, ETL, Snowflake, Glue (AWS), and Airflow.
• Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines; collaborate with DevOps.
• Design and optimize AWS infrastructure to support applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for stable solutions.
• Proactively ensure coding best practices and documentation within the team.
Key Skills:
• Proficient in Python, Pyspark, ETL, Snowflake, Glue (AWS), Airflow, and experienced in CI/CD and AWS infrastructure.
