Senior Backend Engineer at Stealth Startup [Visa Sponsorship Option Available]
We are a London based tech company working on one of the most ambitious projects in the AR/VR space. Having raised VC funding from a top tier Seed Fund we are rapidly expanding our team and are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer.
As a core member of our development team you will be involved in the planning and development of the 3DoF/6DoF cross platform AR/VR content backend for storage, management and delivery of large content files such as stereoscopic video and 3D assets.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in Backend/Full stack development
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field
Your Responsibilities:
• Plan and develop a streaming and management system for large video files (HLS)
• Build a storage and delivery solution for 3d assets and experiences
• Build a media/asset processing pipeline for format conversion and data augmentation
• Maintaining code quality by conducting code reviews and guiding junior programmers
