Summary Statement: The Store Business Manager position for Alexander McQueen plays a key role in driving the Alexander McQueen business at Neiman Marcus.The Business Manager is responsible for continuously striving to deliver exceptional results and providing the highest standard of customer service.The Business Manager must maintain a strong presence within the store, with extraordinary passion for networking and being an ambassador of the brand. Responsibilities & Duties • Drive and maximize sales performance to achieve overall sales targets. Consistently educate, activate, and engage store teams. Follow closely all KPI's as regard to monthly sales plans, sell through, and competitive performance. Analyze sales/business to identify trends and opportunities to develop strategic action plans. Demonstrate effective business leader competencies. Qualifications • 6+ years of experience in Retail Management, Wholesale Management, or related field • Strong ability to partner with both a team of sellers and clientele. Strong business acumen. Experience in collaborating with multiple teams within and outside of the organization. Well organized. Excellent project management skills. Great verbal and written communication skills. Excellent presentation skills. Strategic and focused on the end results.
