Job Purpose:
As a key member of our Data Services team, you'll be at the forefront of managing Clients and Partners, collaborating with our Design Authority to ensure exceptional performance, legislative compliance, and industry best practices. Your role will involve analyzing Partner data, identifying performance opportunities, and working collaboratively with various departments to deliver outstanding service to our Clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze Partner data to uncover performance insights and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Service Desk and Delivery teams to align processes and communication.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs to enhance overall performance.
Required Skills and Experience:
· Solid technical knowledge of databases and query languages, particularly PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Proficiency in T-SQL/SQL and distributed source control systems (Git, Mercurial).
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and some exposure to Microsoft SSIS/ETL, Jira, and Snowflake (desirable).
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with a knack for hitting tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, coupled with interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of customer service and ability to adapt to evolving project scopes.
• Familiarity with data protection laws and business Information Security requirements.
