Our client, a Global MNC, has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as a Network Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensures proper delivery of services within scope to the clients.
• Evaluate new or innovative technologies and architectures within our network.
• Help define network design for regional sites.
• Keep network documentation for sites updated.
• Manage network changes/projects within regional scope.
• Manage Network device version upgrades.
• Produce reports, proposals, technical documentation, and user guides as required and ensure other team members are fully trained in the procedures.
• Resolution of service desk requests as necessary.
• Riverbed management and troubleshooting where applicable.
• Troubleshooting major network and performance incidents.
• Troubleshooting network incidents within regional scope.
• Any other duties prescribed by Eastern Hemisphere Network Manager Global UC Service Manager or their nominate.
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years’ experience preferred
• CCNA certified
• Experience of ITIL methodology
