Position Summary
As a Software Development Manager at NexGen Cloud, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our software development projects and teams. Your focus will be on setting and achieving ambitious goals, driving projects to success, and nurturing a culture of innovation within your teams
Key Responsibilities
• Project Leadership: Lead and inspire cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-impact projects on time and within budget.

• Project Management: Develop project plans, allocate resources, and ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.

Qualifications And Skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software development and project management, with a focus on leading and motivating engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Good To Have
• Proficiency in agile methodologies.
• PMP or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
