This is a unique opportunity to join one of renowned food manufacturer in Hong Kong. With strong presence across Hong Kong and the Greater China, our client is looking for someone like you to join their corporate QA team as an assistant quality assurance manager.
Reporting into the Head of QA , a typical day will include the following:-
• Follow up corrective action plans, perform risk analysis
• Maintain the documentation system and quality management system
• Responsible for developing and implementing QA-related programs to enhance service performance
• Handle customer complaint and facilitate investigation to provide cause analysis
• Assist in procedures and guidelines drafting
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross functions to tackle quality assurance issues
To succeed in this role, you will have:-
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or equivalent
• A minimum of 4+ years' QA experience in the food and beverage industry
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word or Power Point
• Good understanding in Hong Kong food regulation and food safety management system
• Welcome candidates coming from either corporate or factory QA backgrounds
