Position Type: Commission-Based
Responsibilities:
IT Recruiter:
• Source, screen, and recruit high-caliber IT professionals.
• Build and maintain a strong network of IT candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
Relationship Manager:
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients and hiring managers.
• Understand clients' business needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Drive client acquisition and retention strategies.
• Ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with recruiters to deliver exceptional service.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or Relationship Manager.
• Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
