The role The Team Leader IT Service Management leads the IT support team, implements ITIL principles across the organisations, and improves IT service delivery to enhance our user experience and system utilisation. This role prioritises service quality, efficiency, and alignment with organisational goals, overseeing ITIL processes and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The goal of this role is to elevate the Council's IT service capabilities and ensure customer satisfaction. How You'll Make a Difference Council relies on well-functioning IT systems for our teams to effectively deliver services to our residents and other stakeholders. By improving Council’s utilisation of systems and technology, including the provision of an effective service desk and user support, you will be ensuring our teams are empowered to work as effectively as possible. This role has the potential to improve the user experience of all our employees and residents through technology.
