-Electronics such as laptops, tablets, wearable tech, cell phones, etc
-Musical Instruments and Pro Audio Equipment
-Power Tools
-Video Game Systems and games from retro to current
-AV Products
-Jewelry, Watches, Designer Sunglasses and more

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales. Responsiblities:
-Greet and assist customers with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Conduct product demos to showcase the features and benefits of our products
-Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
-Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
-Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
-Stay informed about product features and new daily inventory additions
-Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
-Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism
-Create and manage product listings on online platforms such as Kijiji and eBay
-Monitor online inventory, update listings and ensure accuracy of product information
-Coordinate shipping/handling of online orders as needed
Qualifications:
-Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work in a fast paced environment
-Basic computer and math skills
-Experience with online marketplace platforms (Kijiji,eBay) is a plus
-Flexibility to work day, evening and weekend shifts as required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
