Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic AI/ML Product Manager to lead our retail e-commerce product line. This role involves steering the development and implementation of AI and ML technologies to enhance online retail experiences, streamline operations, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute the product roadmap for our AI/ML solutions in retail e-commerce.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, design, and marketing to develop and launch new features.
Conduct market research and customer interviews to identify user needs and emerging industry trends.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and oversee the product development lifecycle.
Monitor and analyze the performance of our products, and make data-driven decisions to optimize their impact.
Stay abreast of advancements in AI, ML, and retail technologies to ensure our products remain innovative and competitive.
Communicate product vision and progress to stakeholders, including executive leadership and external partners.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in product management, ideally in AI/ML or e-commerce technology.
Strong understanding of AI and ML technologies, and their application in the retail sector.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of motivating teams and managing stakeholders.
Experience in agile development methodologies.
