About the Role
We're on the search for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our growing IT team in Auckland.
The core responsibility of this role is to work with key internal and external stakeholders to efficiently develop software according to business requirements meeting key objectives.
A typical day will involve:
Analysing business requirements and proposing design to business analysts
Front and back end coding
Assisting both internal and external stakeholders with implementing system changes
Owning end to end software development process
Providing guidance for enhancements
Producing software builds in a timely manner
Advising and communicating issues if requirement is not optimized
Conducting random code reviews and feedback best practices
About You
Our ideal candidate is a skilled full stack developer with a true passion for software development.
To be considered for this role you will have:
Permanent working right within New Zealand
Minimum 5 years a similar role
Proven experience in C#, SQL and MVC and REST
Proven experience in Agile environments
Tactful assertiveness and being objective in the development process
Great interpersonal communication and ability to work with development teams & cross functionally when required
Experience in full stack development (web-based, client-server development and back-end development)
Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills
PowerBuilder, Salesforce development and industry experience a bonus
