a) Tools: LoadRunner / SilkPerform / WebLoad, QTP / WinRunner / SilkTest,VSTS Test Suite
b) 5-7 Yrs Experience in testing
c) Expertise in developing Test Plans based on the business use cases
d) Overall responsibility for certifying a product as Production-Ready
e) Creation of Performance Testing Scripts
f) Analyzing the Performance Test log and reporting the bottlenecks
