They are a small office in Dubai with 15 staff which they are increasing by 5 in the next month due to an influx of incoming commercial and residential projects.
Youll report into the Design Manager and should have previous experience:
• Concept design, both freehand and computer design.
• Working with other disciplines including building services, architectural technologists, quantity surveyors and construction teams.
• Resolving any issues that arise during the construction phases.
• Preparing feasibility studies and design proposals.
• In concept, schematic, detailed design, tender and construction drawings
• Preparing submissions to local authorities and developers.
Requirements Bachelors in ArchitectureMinimum 8 years of experience in architecture, project management, detail and design development, construction documents of high-end projects similar to the Vida Residence in Dubai.
Essential that you are currently based in UAE.
Present a portfolio of very high quality projects of similar scale, with experience in the residential / private villa / commercial sectors essential.
Demonstrate a considerable understanding of client communications, contract documentation, project scheduling, team leadership, building design, technical detailing, consultant coordination, and construction administration.
Self-motivated and self-disciplined in an intense collaborative studio environment, ability to organise, encourage and lead project teams.
Posses excellent organisational skills, show initiative and have the ability to work independently.
Understanding of our work and capability to execute its design intentions through various stages to completion.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
Demonstrate a track record of achieving excellence in project design development and delivery.
