Responsibilities:
• Accelerate value realization for Executive leaders by unlocking People related insights with the goal of better informing decisions and achieving strategic aspirations / priorities.
• Build and deploy diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive analytics through applied data science techniques and statistical analysis to test hypothesis and uncover critical information in data that will inform decision making.
• Build and communicate convincing, compelling, logically structured story-telling of research/analytics findings and forward-thinking insights to help leaders understand results and anticipate/ understand challenges and opportunities for their business. And ensure data is conveyed in meaningful and interpretive formats for executives & employee levels.
• Lead a multi-year culture shift within the Human Resources function to cultivate data-based decision making and evidence-based mindset when making People decisions. Support the HR centers of expertise to tap into the value opportunities of analytics and data to improve key HR outcomes.
Requirements:
• Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
• Statistical software / platform and coding qualification (e.g. R, Python).
• 15 years or more of total experience with a strong preference for some level of experience in consulting. Leadership experience is preferred.
